Rompin Fishing Trip

I went Rompin from 16 to 18 April 2005. We heard people told us that offshore fishing at Rompin can catch the Sailfish and Mackerel. 

Hence, we booked this trip with our local tour guide, Melvin. He arranged the van transport, departed early morning about 6:00am. We reached the destination in the afternoon, stayed at ROMPIN BEACH RESORT. He stayed at Motel.

On our first day afternoon, we walked around the beach at Rompin Beach Resort and enjoyed the water melons. 

Next day early in the morning, after we had breakfast at the resort, Melvin arranged the van sent us to the jetty, then, we took our speed boat for offshore fishing.

This fishing trip was exciting. We got the chance to "fight" sailfish! Looked at the pictures below, a lot of "actions".

We also caught some Mackerel, Parrot fish and a Parrot fish named "苏梅", this fish is expensive as known from the boatman. 

All of them caught the fishes except me, I got sea sick on the whole fishing trip. I was rested on the boat from morning to evening, the end of the fishing trip.

At night, we went to the town enjoyed our dinner at the coffee shop, asked the 煮抄to cook our catch, Parrot Fish and 苏梅.
